Inmates are allowed to send and receive an unlimited amount of mail. All mail that is sent is inspected for contraband. Personal mail, including returned to sender mail, is scanned, and uploaded to the inmate tablet system. Inmates can access their mail once it is opened through this system.

The return address must include the full first name and full last name of the sender. Do not use initials.
