My name is Sharyiah Lynn, I’m 31 years old and I’m incarcerated in Goodyear AZ at Perryville’s Women’s Corrections Facility. I’ve been incarcerated a little over a year now. I’m a very bright, vibrant, sophisticated woman who’s made some mistakes in my past but I am learning from them and I am currently on a journey of finding myself, healing, and getting myself and my life back on track. I enjoy reading, writing, and meditating during my down times. I workout every morning at 5:30am which includes cardio and some days include yoga.
