**About Me**

I’m 33 years old and work in the medical field. My life took a difficult turn when I developed an addiction to opioids, and I’m currently serving a 6–12 month sentence. I’m using this time to take responsibility for my choices, reflect on where things went wrong, and work toward building a healthier future.

I’m looking for a genuine penpal—someone I can talk with, laugh with, and get to know through letters. I appreciate kindness, honesty, good conversation, and people who are willing to see beyond someone’s mistakes.

Life inside can be challenging, and help with commissary is appreciated, but I want to be clear that financial support does **not** come with any promise of a relationship, romance, or anything beyond friendship and correspondence. I’d rather build a connection naturally and see where a friendship goes.
