Ashley Peretiatko
The Damsel in Distress With a Little Dangerous Charm
I’m Ashley, 33 originally from Michigan, and I’m open to relocating for the right person and the right opportunity. I’ve spent the last ten years behind bars. I came in bright eyed and bushy tailed. Picture a 23 year old white chick (yes everything is pink) and never in trouble before heading to prison.
Maybe I’ve been a damsel in distress for a chapter of my life, but don’t mistake that for weakness. I’ve had to learn how to survive, how to adapt, how to make something out of nothing, and how to keep moving when life gives you every reason to give up. Prison has taught me things no classroom ever could, and while I’ve taken educational programs and worked on myself, some of my most valuable lessons have come from learning how to think on my feet, solve problems, and turn impossible situations into opportunities.
I’ve missed a lot of life. I spent my twenties in a place where time stands still while the rest of the world keeps moving. I may miss a good portion of my thirties, too, but I refuse to let that define the rest of my story. I still have dreams, ambition, a whole lot of personality, and a playful side that hasn’t gone anywhere. I’m feminine, confident, affectionate, adventurous, and just unpredictable enough to keep life interesting. I can appreciate a man who takes the lead, but make no mistake, I have a mind of my own and know how to stand on my own two feet.
I’m not looking for somebody to rescue me financially or build my entire life for me. I want to build a life of my own, establish a career, and create something meaningful. But I’d be lying if I said it wouldn’t be nice to meet a generous, thoughtful man who enjoys making a woman feel special, believes in investing in a connection, and understands that sometimes the smallest gestures can make the biggest difference.
What I’m really looking for is a connection that makes the distance feel smaller. Somebody who enjoys good conversation, a little flirting, laughter, honesty, and getting to know the woman behind the circumstances. A man who appreciates loyalty, likes a woman with a little fire in her, and isn’t intimidated by somebody who’s learned how to survive on her own.
When I finally get the opportunity to step into the free world and start my next chapter, I want to experience the things I’ve missed, explore new possibilities, enjoy life, and maybe find somebody worth settling down with along the way. I’m open to friendship, romance, and seeing where a genuine connection takes us.
So, maybe I am a damsel in distress in need of a little kindness, a little excitement, and somebody willing to take a chance on me. But I’m also a woman with ambition, resilience, loyalty, and plenty left to offer.
The question is, are you the kind of man who sees a difficult past and walks away, or the kind who recognizes the possibility of an incredible future?
If you’re curious, say hello. You might discover that getting to know me is the beginning of a story neither one of us expected.
