The mailroom is strict about mail. Please write all letters in dark ink only (black or blue ink). Your full first and last name and address have to be on the envelope. The letter can not exceed 2 sheets of 8½ x 11 inch paper, (front and back of one sheet of paper and front of another sheet). If you send a photo the original will be destroyed and a photo copy sent to the recipient, but only include 1 photo which must be able to fit along with the letter on the allotted 2 pages.
The letter(s) inside must be addressed to the inmate on the envelope including her ADC#. Mail must have a return address (as defined by the USPS ), including an identifiable last name.
