The letter can not exceed 2 sheets of 8½ x 11 inch paper, (front and back of one sheet of paper and front of another sheet). The letter(s) inside must be addressed to the inmate on the envelope including her ADC#. Mail must have a return address (as defined by the USPS ), including an identifiable last name.
