Mail should be limited to letters, cards, written correspondence, non-Polaroid pictures, and money orders. Do NOT mail offenders packages, pornography, cash, stamps, tobacco, or illegal substances. The letter(s) inside must be addressed to the inmate on the envelope.

Mail must have a return address (as defined by the USPS ), including an identifiable last name.
